I have had the Crown group for several years now and the service is outstanding. I have purchased the preventive maintenance program so that i can avoid emergency HVAC situations and the service reps are on time, polite, knowledgeable. For routine maintenance, they arrive at a specific scheduled time and for other service issues, not only do I receive a reminder call the day before they are scheduled, i also receive a call when they are on their way. Additionally, when you call the service line, you talk to a LIVE, polite and helpful person
Called them with A/C issue. They came out same day. Called 30 mins ahead when enroute. Arrived on time. Jason quickly diagnosed and completed repairs within 40 mins. Thanks!
Crown has provided semi-annual maintenance on our heating and air conditioning system for 12 years, the length of time we've owned our home. In every instance, including today, the serviceman was prompt in arriving as scheduled, polite, and proficient in performing the necessary tasks. Potentially big problems have been identified during these visits three times in those 12 years, and were corrected, saving us time, inconvenience and money.
Your service representative completed a thorough examination of my a/c unit to find the source of a water leak. He was careful and thorough in his assessment of the problem, and was completely professional in his handling of the problem and explaining the billing. Very satisfied with this and would recommend.
I have totally satisfied with the service received from Crown. The gentleman who showed up for 3 service calls was in fact a gentleman!! He was polite and efficient.
Crown installed the furnace and air conditioning units 7 years ago. I have been extremely satisfied.
