Our Service Representative was very professional. He provided the service in an efficient manner and reviewed with us everything regarding the services that were performed. Also he took the time to explain how the new equipment that he installed worked. He made sure we were comfortable with the operation of this new equipment.

Ralph arrived with in 45 minutes of my call for help on 4/6/18. he was clean and courteous putting shoe covers on as he came in. brought all his tools with him. He asked what happened listened to what I said, then checked out the furnace found the issues and repaired them. Discussed the service program explained the benifits was not pushy . Seemed to be nice person, new his job and was proud to help people.

The technician was friendly,courteous and informative. He explained everything he was checking and did find a potential problem. The part was replaced to avoid future damage to the AC unit. I will continue to use the Crown Group to service my HVAC unit.
