Donny was very cordial and courteous when he arrived. Went straight to work and finished up in good timing. He was helpful in explaining the installment he put in that needed replaced on the AC .

A VERY Positive experience with Crown Group team. The rep, DONNY L SMITH, was on time, performed a thorough diagnosis of the a/c system, and found a couple of essential parts-capacitors-deteriorating. This was due to the age of the unit. During the repairs, Donny pointed out that my selection of filters was integral to the efficiency of the unit, recommending other choices. Donny is an excellent example of the professionals at Crown. A bunch of real pros, who I highly recommend for all heating and a/c concerns.
I wouldn't even consider another company! We were very satisfied with every problem they have corrected with us. Several men have come to our home at different times and I don't remember their names, but today it was Ralph. Loved his sense of humor!
