I forgot the techs name already and he just left........grey haired fellow. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, clean and honest. I work in the trades and am not surprised to pay $200-300 for a 30 minute repair. Service came same day as I made the call and got the job done promptly and with a few funny stories. I watched the tech work and he wasn't bothered. We had a good conversation and I learned a little. Thanks for the fast and courteous work!!

We are very happy with our recent furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier installation. We were fortunate that our units were still working, but signs were showing that we needed to replace them soon. We got estimates from 3 different shops, each with excellent ratings on Google. Crown's initial price was in the middle of the pack. We were very torn between two companies. Bill, our comfort consultant, was the difference. He was always available to answer questions. I sent him a text expecting to hear back from him on Monday. He got back to me over the weekend! When I shared a couple of the reasons we were on the fence, he consulted with some people and came back with an offer that we couldn't pass up. It was undeniably the best overall VALUE!

The technicians integrated our new system with the zoning system we had from our previous unit. The previous unit was 2.5-ton, which was probably not upgraded after a room addition. Bill recommended a 3-ton, as others had, but he paired it with a 3.5-ton coil. In speaking with some relatives, one in the business (not licensed in our area) and my 83 year old father (retired from the profession), they confirmed this was a great decision, given our home layout.

We have had our new units for a week now. After 4 years , we have finally eliminated our supplemental AC unit on the second floor. The house is more comfortable and evenly cooled than the entire 4 years we've lived there. It has even improved our sleep! I imagine the same will be true with heat, since heating was never a problem. However, with 96% efficiency and a variable speed motor, I am looking forward to lower energy costs and more even heat this Winter!

Today, we had the inspector come out. He had nothing but good things to say about the install. I was pretty stressed about making the right decision. Now, I am very much at Peace. Thanks Bill and Crown!
