Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping to install a smart thermostat. He had to run new wiring, and did it efficiently and effectively.
Service was professional in all aspects from promptness of the arrival time, communication, and service. I felt that the technicians were knowledgeable, informative, trustworthy, polite, and caring. They took the time to explain things in a manner that I could understand. Crown heating and cooling will always be our top choice provider!!

The Heating division of Crown Group is extremely courteous and very efficient in heating and furnace replacement or repair. a 5 star to them. However, on the plumbing side, it appears that the chemistry may be totally different, time will tell.
I had replaced my old Lennox system with a new Lennox furnace and AC installed 11/18, from the initial call to set up an sales appt. to the most recent heating inspection today..this company has been top notch, from their customer service to the sales rep. and the service guys are very professional, respectful, and punctual! i highly recommend Crown to all my associates..

Crown was recommended by two people I work with, and they did not disappoint. They responded fast when I had no air conditioning. Ralph the technician was friendly and experienced, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired very quickly. I'm very happy with Crown's service, and I signed up for their annual maintenance plan.
Ralph did an excellent job. He showed up on time and fixed the problem. I will always request him.
