Ralph and James were out today to performance our furnace maintenance. They were very friendly, explained the process and cleaned up. Ralph answered our questions about installing a humidifier which we are going to do and he helped set up the appointment. He also set up our AC maintenance for early summer. Highly recommend!
Thomas Grubb was awesome and a true professional. Very trustworthy and I would highly recommend.
The Crown Heating technician Thomas was efficient, knowledgeable. He informed us at the maintenance visit that we needed a new part, ordered it at that visit. His return visit was very quick.
