I have rental properties in Akron and used crown to replace two furnaces. I did a lot of shopping around and they definitely had the best prices. Home Depot and Lowe's contractors wanted ~3k more for a furnace! The install crew was polite and kind. Very responsive.
We have used Crown Group for over 13 years and have been totally satisfied with their service.
Their service department works very hard but definitely need more people. Maybe give a little discount on the initial visit to promote good will during these times and let their work speak for itself. There may be calls from repeat customers if the customer feels like they care and as long as the service is good, who knows. . .
This was our annual AC checkup. We specifically asked for Daryl Spar to do the work. We've had Daryl here to work in the past and have come to trust him.
