I have totally satisfied with the service received from Crown. The gentleman who showed up for 3 service calls was in fact a gentleman!! He was polite and efficient.
Crown installed the furnace and air conditioning units 7 years ago. I have been extremely satisfied.

I have been using Crown for years. I have a contract for them to come twice a year for heating and air conditioning checks. Not the cheapest out there but quality work with employees that you are not afraid to have in your home. I have peace of mind and everything runs smoothly through the hottest and coldest seasons.
the crown heating tech was out the other day to fix my heat pump---- it is so large that over time it started to sink on the one side----well he got that looking mighty level and looking good---then i had him fix the humidifier
Tim King the service tech was very nice and knows his stuff---- I will be using crown heating in the future ---just really nice people to deal with.
Always professional, always prompt and in touch, always thorough and willing to explain anything and everything. Wouldn't use anyone else for my HVAC.
