We have had Crown Heating and Cooling service our HVAC for the past 12 years. The service technicians are knowledgeable and very courteous. The yearly service contract works well with our budget. This also keeps our equipment running during those cold winter nights and hot summer days without interruption. We would highly recommend Crown Heating and Cooling.
Can't say enough about my experience with Crown Group installing my new furnace. My old furnace gave out on a Friday morning, so called Crown Group and they were there in a matter of an hour. After finding out that parts might not be available for the old furnace, I told them to install a new one. With it being close to the weekend, they couldn't install it until the following Monday, but they provided me with portable heaters over the weekend to keep warm. They were there Monday morning and completed the install by noon. The installers were very professional, answering the questions I asked, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. I am very satisfied with this company, and would highly recommend their services.
