I called Crown because our air conditioner stopped working. They were able to send a technician out later that same day. He had the parts he needed right on the truck so it was repaired immediately. They came when they said, no waiting for a serviceman who doesn't show up on time. They're great!
Had Alex from Crown come out. He really seemed to know what he was doing. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things. It's the first time I've had an HVAC guy here for maintenance that I felt confident had done everything he was supposed to do, and knew what he was doing.
