Very impressed with the technical knowledge of my sales rep. He was professional, not overly chummy the way some salespeople can be. Buying a new AC is a BIG ticket item and it's somewhat scary to think about paying for it. I've had other way-too-familiar-almost-silly salespeople in the past and I didn't ever feel confident they really knew what they were talking about. Crown Group got my business. And I LOVE the 18 month (zero interest!) financing they offer. Take my money.

Crown's semi-yearly maintenance plan is a very good plan. The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! They take their time ensuring (in this service) the furnace is in top shape heading into winter. Highly recommend the Crown Group for your HVAC needs!
Both service technicians were polite and friendly. They explained what they were checking and completed it very Efficiently.
Informative and thorough service.
Techs were punctual and professional. Installed a new furnace and a/c replacing a gravity furnace. They cleaned up their mess and provided a tutorial on the thermostat and how to keep the furnace running efficiently. They are very trustworthy and they've done several jobs for me at rental units. I highly recommend.
