All experience was good. Easy to make an appointment. All staff I talked to on the phone was very helpful. The technician was on time. Technician was very good. He knew what he was looking for. Ralph was on tie and did a through job inspecting and working the A/C system. He explained what he did in detail. Very satisfied with his inspection.
In the future, I would appreciate an inspection appointment in April for the A/C, and September for the Heating.
