A VERY Positive experience. Technician DONNY L SMITH was right on time, did a very thorough job, offering to answer questions I had. Donny is a real pro, and I hope he can continue to provide check-ups and service for my heating and cooling account. While I'm at it, let me also compliment all the ladies in the office who call and set up the appointments with me. They are always pleasant and helpful. Kudos to Grown Group Ohio!
The technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He had the tools needed for the job and completed the work in a timely matter. No complaints from me. Good work.
Ralph Schrader was the tech who did an annual Fall maintenance in my home. He found and replaced a faulty humidifier solenoid along with the Fall maintenance. Did a great job of explaining everything and the follow up service.
Service Rep was friendly, professional and explained what he was doing. I was very pleased with the service.

I like this company and the maintenance technician, David Collins assigned to my account. The company is very nice to work with and Dave is always friendly and thorough! I would recommend them!
Donny came out to the house on time (actually 2 min early) and did a thorough walk through of our heating and cooling system. He periodically gave me updates throughout the entire process. There was one small part that needed replaced on our outside unit. Thankfully, he had that part in the van, so he was able to replace it the same day. Thanks Crown! Well done!
I think they're great! I've used them for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience! Bought my furnace and air conditioner from them also! They were wonderful. Highly recommend them and Phil Thompson as the technician to ask for! He's the best!
