The service tech was very knowledgeable. He lead me into my decision to just have the unit replaced verses serviced based on age, repair cost, and future life expectancy if repaired. Ultimately the cost to repair verses replace to me was just not worth it. It's not cheap but I believe the practical of it says it's a better bang for the buck. Thank you.

Crown (D&A Plumbing) came out yesterday and repaired a leak under the toilet that was leaking into the basement. They (Mike) was courteous, knowledgeable and he got the job done quickly. He cleaned up ALL of the mess and left me with a sense of comfort knowing that the job was done correctly. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Crown came out yesterday and installed an ActivFlo to help prevent scaling. They also inspected all of the plumbing in the whole house. They did an excellent job!
I had Crown disconnect our AC unit so the base could be concreted along with our driveway. The whole process from the initial call, through the multiple reschedules due to the weather, to the reinstall was absolutely effortless. Crowns communication was superb!! The customer service employees and technicians treated us like family, which for me is more important than cost of service. The quality of work was outstanding. Thank you to everyone we worked with for a pleasurable and perfect experience.
