Crown is the most responsive, friendliest, and knowledgeable HVAC company that I have ever dealt with. Their technicians are invested in your quality service and are extremely curious. They take the time to fully diagnose the issue and explain it to you at any level you want to understand. They present you with several options for repairs, so that no matter your budget, they will get you back up and running. Crown has been in my home 3 times now, and each time I'm incredibly thankful that I called them that first time.
Very impressed with the technical knowledge of my sales rep. He was professional, not overly chummy the way some salespeople can be. Buying a new AC is a BIG ticket item and it's somewhat scary to think about paying for it. I've had other way-too-familiar-almost-silly salespeople in the past and I didn't ever feel confident they really knew what they were talking about. Crown Group got my business. And I LOVE the 18 month (zero interest!) financing they offer. Take my money.
