Excellent, honest service. Had our furnace checked for winter, it is older, but still working fine. They are prompt and always professional and polite.
We have the annual maintenance package offered by Crown Heating and Cooling and thus far, its been a great investment. The technician, Ralph, that came out for our fall servicing was very personable and knowledgeable. He was timely with the arrival and efficient during the visit.
We are very happy with our service contract. Dave explained everything to us and offered ideas for our humidifier. He was courteous and had a clean work ethic. We have also used this company for repairs. If you have the service contract there are additional discounts for repairs. John and Gwen
Crown has been my HVAC company of choice. I've tried others. I always come back. I'll never try another because they always make sure the job is done right. If not then they will make it right.
Crown put in our Lenox furnace & air and it has work flawlessly ever since install.
Terry the tech showed up on time and went right to work after he put on his cloth booties. He did all his work and then finished up after taking care of the maintance of our furnace. Crown has always been there if we needed any service at any time.
