New & Replacement Furnace Installation

Step 1: Free Consultation and Quote
First, we will come to your home to evaluate your existing HVAC infrastructure. If there is no existing ductwork, we will plot out the best way to run new ducts. We will also determine the base cost for the installation services that will be required.
Next, we will provide a custom quote detailing “good, better, best” options at different price points, size and efficiency information, available rebates and other incentives. Everything required for your code-compliant heating system installation will be included, such as:
- Indoor furnace unit
- Gas, drain & electrical materials
- Sheet metal
- Filter system
- Programmable thermostat
- CO detector
- Chimney liner
Step 2: Choosing the Best Furnace for your Home
Our team will explain your options and assist you in choosing the best unit for your home based on size, efficiency, work load, price and other factors. We carry and install the following brands:
Looking for a forced air, electric, gas or propane furnace? We carry Lennox, Carrier, York and Rheem systems. If you’re in the market for a hydronic system, choose from Navien and Rheem equipment.

Step 3: Choose Your Financing Method
Crown Heating and Cooling offers a variety of financing options year-round. Whether you’re taking advantage of a limited-time offer, want to spread your payments over time, or prefer to pay in full up front, we’ll help you find the right option for your budget and needs.
Step 4: Professional Installation
When you’ve made a final decision, we’ll work with you to schedule installation during a convenient time. Every home and system is different, but installation typically require 2 technicians and at least one day of work.
During installation, our NATE-certified technicians will be courteous and reliable and will treat your home as though it is their own, wearing shoe covers or putting down drop cloths to protect your floors. We take great pains to limit disturbances to your home and family and try to cause as little inconvenience as possible while work is completed.
Step 5: Education
Once everything is up and running, your technician will educate you about the system and answer any questions you might have about operation, programming, cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting. This ensures that you understand the ins and outs of your furnace and are prepared to get the most out of it.
Step 6: Warranty
Crown will take care of registering your new equipment for the manufacturer’s warranty in-house. You won’t have to lift a finger!
Warranty terms vary by system type and manufacturer, but standard forced air systems are typically covered by a 5-year parts (10-year when registered), 1-year labor and 20-year or lifetime heat exchanger warranty. If you’d like to purchase an extended labor warranty, they are often available through the manufacturer.
Step 6: Ongoing Maintenance
If you choose to have Crown maintain your new system, you can become a member of our Comfort Club and take advantage of a cost-saving HVAC maintenance plan. You’ll get ½ price service calls, 15% off on repairs and priority service during busy seasons.
